Vedaa CMS (VTS) provides
analysis services designed to help you with your Predictive and Proactive
Maintenance programme.
Condition
Monitoring through Oil Analysis:- The goal of an effective oil
testing program is to increase the reliability and availability of your
machinery, while minimizing maintenance costs associated with oil change outs,
labor, repairs, and downtime. Vedaa CMS (VTS) offers a lengthy
battery of oil tests to assess the following:
A) Oil Analysis for Lubricant Condition
:-
The assessment of the lubricant condition
reveals whether the system fluid is healthy and fit for further service, or is
ready for a change. We have a State-of-the-Art Laboratory Facilities for
complete Oil Analysis Services.
B) Oil Testing for Contamination and
Services for Contamination Control :-
Ingressed contaminants from the
surrounding environment in the form of dirt, water, and process contamination
are the leading cause of machine degradation and failure. Increased
contamination alerts you to take action in order to save the oil and avoid
unnecessary machine wear.
C) Predicting the Lubrication film
thickness through Oil Temperature Monitoring :-
Vedaa CMS is implementing
this technology first time in India, the ability to measure the lubrication film
thickness is paramount. Better asset management and machine reliability can be
obtained by estimating the film thickness through temperature monitoring. This
will prolong bearing and machine life.
